2. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare Assets. The service providers are Cloudflare Germany GmbH and Cloudflare, Inc. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include the IP address, time and target of the request, HTTP method and status code, referrer, browser and operating-system information.

Processing is necessary to deliver the website securely, reliably and quickly, to diagnose errors and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the reliable and secure provision of our online service. The application itself does not provide user accounts and does not write its own application logs.

3. Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous measurement of page views and technical performance. According to Cloudflare, the service does not use cookies and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. We receive aggregated usage and performance information only, which helps us improve the website’s function and quality.

4. Cookies and local storage

At its current technical stage, this website does not set its own cookies or store information in your browser’s local storage. We do not use advertising, profiling or marketing services.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not disclose this information to unrelated third parties without a legal basis or your consent.

6. Recipients and international transfers

Recipients of technical data may include Cloudflare and IT service providers engaged by us. Where Cloudflare processes data outside the European Economic Area, the applicable safeguards include the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where relevant.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact data is deleted after an enquiry has been fully handled unless contractual or legal grounds require longer retention. The infrastructure provider retains technical connection data for a limited period under its security and retention rules.

8. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, your rights include:

• Access to your personal data (Article 15 GDPR)
• Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
• Erasure or restriction of processing (Articles 17 and 18 GDPR)
• Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR)

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for our registered office is the Brandenburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Access to Information, Stahnsdorfer Damm 77, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany.

10. External content and fonts

The website does not load Google Fonts and embeds no external videos, social-media plugins or advertising networks. A Google Maps map is loaded only with your explicit consent (see section 11).

11. Google Maps

On our contact page you can display a map from the Google Maps service. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded when you click “Load map”. Only then is data, in particular your IP address, transferred to Google and possibly processed in the USA. Google may set cookies in the process.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you give by clicking. Consent applies only to the respective page view. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

12. Encryption and updates

The website uses TLS encryption. We update this notice whenever the website’s functions, service providers or applicable law change.
